Shipping

All items that are made to order or custom orders will have a turn around time or 5-6 weeks, unless otherwise stated at the time the order is placed. If you need an item for a certain event, please let me know before placing your order to make sure I can accommodate you. TAT does not include shipping time, so please allow approximately 2 more weeks for shipping. 
Ready to ship pieces will be sent out within 5-7 business days. 

Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or sale pieces. However, if your custom order does not fit to your liking, I will adjust it once for you. If  need an adjustment, you must contact me within 10 days or receiving your item. For adjustments on MTOs/custom orders, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, but I will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. Please note that custom orders will be started until I have received an email with your measurements and preferred colour scheme/patterns. There is a list of most measurments needed on the size guide page. If any other measurements are needed, it will be discussed at the time the order is placed.

 
If you would like to make a size swap/exchange on a ready to ship piece, this must also be done within 10 days of receiving your item. Please note it may take additional time if an item has to be adjusted or remade. For exchanges/adjustments on ready to ship pieces, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of shipping the item back to me and back to you. 

Policies/Warranty

All of my items come with a lifetime warranty as it is important to me to increase the longevity of your items. If a seam or a weave comes undone, email me and I will fix it for you. If an item no longer fits you and you would like to have it adjusted, shoot me a message and we can discuss all options. Adjustments like these will be at a low cost to the customer. For repairs like these, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, but I will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
